A few things worth asking
Clarity before commitment.
Do we need to change our tools?
We start with the tools you already use. During discovery, we check API access, permissions, and data quality to establish which integrations are practical.
How much control will our team have?
We define what the agent may do, what needs approval, and how exceptions reach your team. Those boundaries become part of the implementation and handoff.
What data do we need for a first pilot?
Start with a business question, representative data or sample exports, and an example of a useful result. For metric-based work, we also agree on definitions. During scoping, we check data quality, access, and which integrations are practical.
Can we start without changing our systems?
Yes. A read-only pilot can analyze data and prepare findings for your team to review without changing records in your systems. Any later actions are scoped and approved separately.
How long does a project take?
The timeline depends on the workflow, integrations, and access to your data. We agree on milestones after discovery, before implementation begins.
What happens after launch?
Ongoing support covers monitoring, troubleshooting, and agreed improvements. Responsibilities, response times, and commercial terms are set out in the proposal.
